CrochetersHub is a marketplace that connects independent crochet artisans (sellers) with buyers. Each product is handmade by an independent seller. Our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.

๐Ÿงถ Physical Products (Handmade Items)

Since all physical products on CrochetersHub are handmade by independent artisans, returns and refunds are handled directly between the buyer and the seller.

  • Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from the listing description, contact the seller within 14 days of delivery. The seller is responsible for resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
  • Change of mind: As these are handmade, one-of-a-kind creations, returns for change of mind are at the seller's discretion. Please check the seller's individual shop policies before purchasing.
  • Item not received: If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, contact the seller first. If the issue is not resolved, you can open a dispute through our platform and we will mediate.

In all cases, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging when possible. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

๐Ÿ“„ Digital Products (Patterns)

Crochet patterns are digital products delivered electronically after purchase. Please note:

  • Non-refundable: Due to the nature of digital content, patterns are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be returned.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted in extraordinary circumstances, such as:
    • The file is corrupt, unreadable, or cannot be downloaded
    • The content is substantially different from the listing description
    • A technical error on our platform caused a duplicate or incorrect charge

We encourage you to carefully read the pattern description, check the skill level required, and review any available previews before purchasing. If you have questions, contact the seller directly โ€” they will be happy to help.

๐ŸŽ“ Tutorials

Video tutorials are digital content and follow the same policy as patterns โ€” non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of technical issues or content that does not match the description.

๐Ÿ’ณ How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe).
  • Refund processing times vary depending on your bank, but typically take 5โ€“10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

If you are unable to resolve an issue directly with the seller, you can open a dispute through our platform. Our team will review the case and mediate to find a fair resolution within 7 business days.
