How Shipping Works on CrochetersHub

CrochetersHub is a marketplace where independent sellers ship their own products directly to you. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the seller's location, your destination, and the weight of the items ordered.

Each seller sets their own shipping rates for two weight categories: Small (0–2 kg) and Medium (2–5 kg). You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

If your cart contains items from multiple sellers, shipping is calculated separately for each seller, as each order is shipped independently.

Sellers on CrochetersHub can be based in any of the following countries:

Pickup Points / Service Points

For orders shipped via Sendcloud, you may have the option to collect your package at a nearby pickup point (parcel shop, locker, or post office) instead of home delivery. This option is available in the following countries:

If pickup points are available in your area, you'll be able to select one during checkout.

Sellers Based Outside Main Sendcloud Countries

Some of our sellers are based in European countries or Extra-EU where Sendcloud does not offer direct collection. In these cases, shipments are handled through a special routing that uses FedEx as the only available carrier.

What does this mean for you as a buyer?
  • Orders from these sellers can only be delivered to a pickup point (parcel shop, locker, or post office) β€” home delivery is not available.
  • During checkout, if any item in your cart is sold by one of these sellers, the home delivery option will be automatically disabled and you'll be asked to select a pickup point.
  • The delivery experience is identical to any other Sendcloud shipment: you receive a tracking number, real-time updates, and can collect your package at the selected point.
Which countries are affected?
Sellers based in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and the United Kingdom ship normally with multiple carrier options. Sellers based in all other European countries or other parts of the world use the FedEx pickup-only flow described above.

Sellers using this flow must drop off the package at a nearby FedEx service point. As a buyer, this doesn't change your experience β€” the only difference is that you'll select a pickup point at checkout instead of a home address.

Order Tracking

Once a seller creates a shipping label for your order, you'll receive a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also check the status of your order from your account under My Orders.

Your order goes through the following stages: Payment confirmed β†’ Label created β†’ Shipped β†’ In transit β†’ Delivered β†’ Completed.

What If There's a Problem With Delivery?

If the carrier cannot deliver your package (recipient absent, incorrect address), they will typically attempt redelivery on the next business day or leave a notice with instructions.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if there's any other issue, you can open a dispute within 48 hours of the delivery date directly from your order page. Our team will help resolve the situation.

Changing Your Delivery Address

You can change the delivery address only if the seller has not yet created a shipping label for your order. Contact the seller directly via chat or reach out to our support team. Once a label has been generated and the package handed over to the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.
